TIS-Office® is a local data management solution for handling digitally rendered tachograph charts. TIS-Office® enables you to visualise tachograph charts, as well as archive, manage, and evaluate data.
TIS-Office® can be operated as a stand-alone or network solution and permits several employees access to tachograph charts and other data, depending on configuration and the assignment of user rights.
The software's modular design enables flexible selection of the range of functions, which can be expanded at any time. For archiving tachograph charts, the"Basic" and "Archive" TIS-Office® modules are required. Various modules are available for data evaluation.

Visualise tachograph charts, as well as archive, evaluate and manage mass memory and driver card data
Read in, visualise and evaluate tachograph charts
Recover downloaded tachograph charts and other files for any drivers, vehicles and time periods (e.g. for inspections by authorities)
See at a glance whether or not tachograph charts and other downloaded data have any gaps
Based on the downloaded tachograph charts, control the driving times and rest periods of your drivers
Check the availability of your drivers and create work schedules
Based on the downloaded tachograph charts, check vehicle utilisation and plan upcoming vehicle events (e.g. tyre changes)
View speed data based on the downloaded tachograph charts
Create reports with a summary of data for desired time periods
